There was s friendly greeting from the Reception staff and a nice atmosphere in the waiting room. The vet who dealt with my less tha co-operative dog was patient and understanding.

Senlac are by far the nicest vets I have ever used. Consistently good care and service with lovely staff. I cannot fault them and would highly recommend.

Tim, our vet was absolutely amazing! Our dog is extremely anxious at the vet’s, and our last experience traumatised us all. Tim had obviously read our dog’s records and was fully prepared to administer his vaccines, and did it in such a way that our dog didn’t even notice! We have used Senlac for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Tim, Geoff, Laura and all the vets we have seen have been second to none. It's especially important to know that because the vets are not changing regularly we feel happy and confident with the excellent care as the vets have an insight to the history of our dog. The support staff are very helpful, kind and caring nothing is too much trouble. The only criticism we have that recent changes of no out of hours emergency care have been cancelled so we find this a concern. Kindest regards to all.

I have used Senlac vets for about 8 years now for my dogs and cat. They have always been very supportive, caring and down to earth. Not gimmicky, just very good vets, nurses and receptionists. Highly recommend.
