Visited yesterday with our dog, Naomi and Jackie were just so lovely. Jackie really listened to me and I felt so at ease. And Naomi who treated our lovely girls with such kindness and ease. Thank you both for your care.

BEWARE! Booked an appointment to take a feral pigeon in as it had respiratory problems, and needed antibiotics, for which I intended paying their fees, shortly before the appointment they cancelled saying they do not do pigeons...RUBBISH, probably thought that there was NO money in it, absolutely disgusted with them. Now they are saying that they could not have a wild bird in the practise due to avian flue...I NEVER SAID IT WAS A WILD PIGEON AT THE TIME OF BOOKING, they will very obviously say anything to save face, A VERY DISCUSTING ATTITUDE and one that makes me very ANGRY, will NEVER recommend this vet practise to anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dog Bella had her first visit to St Anne's Willingdon yesterday, and I honestly couldn't be more impressed. Bella is an extremely nervous dog when it comes to vet visits, due to a traumatic experience as a puppy. She's not aggressive at all, just deeply anxious, especially in the consultation room and on the examination table. We were lucky enough to see Benjamin, and what a difference he made. He was incredibly patient and gentle, allowing Bella to approach him at her own pace. To my amazement, Bella even took treats from him and proudly showed off her tricks, which is completely unheard of at any other vet visit! For the first time in years, Bella left the vets not only calm and happy but without vomiting or diarrhea. She even left with a wagging tail and a new toy! I moved her to St Anne’s after a horrendous experience with a previous vet who doubled her treatment price without warning and attempted to prescribe her two medications that, if combined, could have caused her to bleed out and die. This wasn't just negligence, it was dangerous (a case now acknowledged by the RCVS), but also unfairly blacklisted her as aggressive, leaving us without any willing vets. St Anne’s took Bella in without hesitation. They listened to me, respected what I had to say, and most importantly, took the time to see Bella for who she really is: a sweet, loving dog who just needs a little patience and kindness. The team at St Anne’s, especially at the Willingdon branch, went above and beyond to make both of us feel safe and supported. There was no arrogance, no ‘we know best’ attitude, just compassion, professionalism, and genuine care. I travel over 10 miles to bring Bella here, and it is absolutely worth every mile. If you’re looking for a vet who truly puts your pet's wellbeing first, I wholeheartedly recommend St Anne’s Willingdon. They’ve given me my faith in veterinary care back.
