We are new to GoPet and I am honestly so impressed and delighted with their service. I had to have something looked at with my dog and vet Charlotte was brilliant. Understood that my dog who is nervous of vets, needed time to get to know her before exploring the issue we came in for. She sat on the ground with a tub of treats and made friends with her. This has totally changed how my dog feels about the vet visits and when we came in for a follow up, instead of having a scared worried dog, she happily trotted in and was happy to be seen even by a different vet Dimitri, who again was happy to sit on the floor with her to make friends before checking her over. Wonderfully welcoming and accomodating receptionist too when i wanted to bring my other dog in to just familiarise him with the new vets, she gave him some treats to make him feel welcome. Keep doing what you are doing because vet practices like yours are hard to find!

Oscar and I love the new vet at GoPet! So friendly, professional and thorough. Thank you so much, signed both cats up to their care plan after receptionist was super helpful talking everything through too. Oscar purred throughout the whole consultation and almost fell asleep. Highly recommend. Ps, that is his happy face!

My little dog Prince came in on Tuesday to have dental surgery....he had 7 teeth removed....i was very impressed with the whole experience, I have just moved from Coopers vets in Hastings to Go pet... I was extremely worried about Poo since, as he is 9 1/2 , but it all went very well... The staff were all very welcoming and professional and they even clipped his nails and did his anal glands whilst he was under the anaesthetic... I had a phone call the next morning to see how he was, and the whole experience was very calm and smooth. And I have a dog with white teeth and no more dragon breath! Many thanks

We had to bring our dog, Ember, in today after she experienced her first seizure during the night, and I cannot thank the team enough. From the moment we walked in, all the staff were so welcoming and friendly, which really helped put us at ease. The vet we saw was absolutely lovely – she examined Ember thoroughly and took the time to explain everything clearly. She was also incredibly patient and gentle, especially as Ember tends to get quite anxious at the vet. We left feeling reassured and very well looked after. I’m so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown – highly recommend this practice.

It was time to say a final goodbye to my precious dog. Although I wasn't registered with GoPet, I called and explained that I needed to have him put to sleep at home (a service my vet does not currently offer), they registered my details and said the vet would be with me about 11.00. Lindsay and Cassie arrived just after 11.00. I couldn't have wished for more caring, kind professionals to help my boy on his final sleep. He was completely relaxed with them, and his final moments were peaceful and stress-free. I can't recommend them highly enough for their caring, extremely knowledgeable, and professional service.
