Everytime my dog needs antibiotics for his ears or paws they all ways refuses to give it to my dog they will only do it untill it gets to the point my dog is really bad bleeding. I have all ways had a problem with this vets. Would reccomend to go to another vets.

Honestly, cannot fault the service at these guys vets, all surgeries are unreal and so kind, helpful and treat the animals as if they were there own, even at a moments notice. Whenever you enter a clinic you are met with a smile and warm welcome and that continues until you leave, from the receptionists, nurses and the vets, they all make you feel welcome, supported and ensure you have the information needed to ensure your pets live a healthy and happy life. Thank you too each and everyone of you

Beatrice + Etienne are the kindest vets I have ever had the opportunity to meet. I am so grateful for the caring, helpful assistance these loving vets have given to my fur babies Malibu, Sahara and our dear old black Labrador Brucie age 13 half. Dear Etienne put our Brucie to sleep a few days ago. We shall be forever grateful to Etienne for his gentle kind manner - our boy was in the right hands during his last moments with us his family holding him right by his side Thank you for your kindness your both one in a million, Kirstie, Kellen, Dylan, Malibu, Sahara + and Brucie 🐾

Our dog has been having a series of problems with his rear end and these have been dealt with in a very caring way by the Vet. This has not only eased things for the dog but has also put us at ease. Bea, the vet, handles the dog as if it were her own. Cannot praise the practice high enough.

Downland really stepped up to the mark! We were on holiday when our Collie X Maggie cut her pad on some glass and their treatment of her was absolutely first class! Thank you so much! Love Maggie X
