Thanks to Hugo, we had an amazing experience! He was incredibly attentive and gentle with Huxley, making the process so much easier for us. Honestly, I don’t think we would have been able to travel without his help. 100% recommend!

I was thrilled to have the help of Hugo Richardson at Veterinary Exports when I was bringing my new dachshund puppy, George from London to my home in Berlin. Hugo came to meet me where I was staying, he examined George and issued his health certificate papers and the fit to fly certificate. He kindly talked me through all of the rules and it was a relief to have someone who made sure that I had the necessary paperwork to fly from London Heathrow to Berlin. Germany. My paperwork was checked in London twice and all was perfectly in order. I highly recommend the services of Veterinary Exports to anyone wanting to export their animal out of the UK. Hugo Richardson made a stressful experience much easier!
