Hugo was extremely helpful throughout the whole process of relocating our two cats from the UK to Japan. The paperwork and Japanese import requirements were quite complex, but he guided us carefully through every step and made sure everything was properly prepared. He was always responsive, thorough and reassuring, especially with all the specific requirements from the Japanese Animal Quarantine Service. Thanks to his help, our cats arrived safely in Japan and went through customs without any problems. Hugo is a true find. We had a last minute change of plans, our dog had to come with us to EU in two days. We called Hugo, he explained everything, what we need, what the rules are, every fee, etc. And came to us the next day with all the paperwork. The trip went smoothly, no questions asked. I was thrilled to have the help of Hugo Richardson at Veterinary Exports when I was bringing my new dachshund puppy, George from London to my home in Berlin. Hugo came to meet me where I was staying, he examined George and issued his health certificate papers and the fit to fly certificate. He kindly talked me through all of the rules and it was a relief to have someone who made sure that I had the necessary paperwork to fly from London Heathrow to Berlin. Germany. My paperwork was checked in London twice and all was perfectly in order. I highly recommend the services of Veterinary Exports to anyone wanting to export their animal out of the UK. Hugo Richardson made a stressful experience much easier!
