I had a house visit from Ollie for my ageing dog, and have to say she was brilliant. Her obvious competence was delivered in a lovely calm manner. She was extremely thorough, and her excellent communication skills made it easy for me to ask everything I wanted, and feel properly informed - I could not have asked for more. An outstanding ambassador for your practice!

You could not get a better veterinary practice - our little girl cat, out of the blue, was very poorly on Saturday morning. I called them out of hours at 08:00 and she was seen at 08:30 by Emily. She was determined to be cold, gassy and not well at all and we were told to not get our hopes up so I left her with a very heavy heart. Connie, the nurse was giving her oxygen as I left. However, Emily (the vet) called me with updates as promised and she agreed with me that it would be better to leave her overnight where she could be checked on. I collected her this morning (Sunday) and both Emily and Connie were there with a full update, medication and lots of joy that she was on the mend. What a superb and outstanding service this surgery gives. From the moment I called and spoke to Abbie to saying goodbye to Emily and Connie - you really, really couldn't ask for a better, kinder, empathetic service. Thank you Fairfield House xx

We have been coming to Fairfield House Vets Uckfield since 2014, and came in today for our 12 old cat for her yearly check up. We have alway been very pleased with their services.
