Worst experience I’ve ever had from both the vet and receptionists. Avoid at all costs.

The team at Companion Care were great with my miniature dachsund when he had gastroenteritis this week. The vet gave frequent updates and the level of care and attention was second to none.

Fantastic staff ,my bearded dragon had to be put to sleep they fitted me in the same day even though I'm not registered, greeted by kind reception staff and a calm kind vet, overall very impressed and they were very generous with the fee, I will move to this vet off the back of this visit.

For the most part very good. Was a bit upset with how one of the receptionist was very nice and the other one was very off. Never said hello and didn’t even batter an eyelid at me or my dog like they usually do. Maybe having a bad day! No excuse for it though. I’m the one who’s just spent £272 on vets fees so not sure why they had a face like thunder and didn’t even feel the need to acknowledge me! Actually made me feel VERY uncomfortable being there in the waiting area!!

After being with this vets for 8 years I thought I could trust them with my fur babies life’s. Seems not. My cat got hit by a car and companion care vets said 1100 for scan 5 grand estimate for broken jaw. U HAVE 24 HOURS TO MAKE A DECISION TREAT OR PUT TO SLEEP. I’m so so so glad my partner made me get a second opinion with a different vets!! not only did he save my cats life but also my own because a part of me would’ve gone with my cat. This is the second time I’ve sat outside pets at home distraught over making life decisions for my animals. No compassion no care. I was told I would only be given 24hours worth of meds and no more would be given as I need to make up my mind. He has a broken top jaw but with advise from another vet he is doing so well. Eating drinking going toilet. And to think I could’ve put my pet down Monday. Absolutely disgusting. To think how many other people have been in this same place as me and said goodbye to their babies. All my 6 animals are now being removed and moved to Cobie vets. Plus my friend will be moving and my mum u have lost 11 animals in ur care.

Excellent treatment for my dog. She had an accident causing her to need an emergency appointment and 2 teeth removed. Was seen within 45 minutes of calling and surgery was booked in for first thing the next day. Staff were all extremely helpful and very good with my dog who isnt a fan of the vets. Also swiftly filled in forms for my insurance. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I cannot thank them enough, I rushed my cat in who was very poorly, with me phoning to say I was only 10mins away, they took him in straight away, sadly he was far too ill and grew his angel wings, but the vet and receptionists were nothing but caring during the whole horrible experience, we even received a card of condolences from all of them, they did everything they could for my cat and everything they could for us!! All I can say is thank you and thank you for making a horrible situation a little bit easier!!

Absolutely disgusting service. We turnt up on time with our dog ready to have xrays, that we had booked in for a week or so. They sent us away to come back when they were ready. Then while we were waiting 20 mins later they called us to cancel the appointment because of a couple of emergencies that had come in. I took the day off work today for this and have lost quite alot of money being self employed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS VET, AVOID IF YOU CAN
