The whole team are friendly and responsive and always go the extra mile to accommodate us. Pedro in particular, is an excellent vet and has breathed new life into the practice since his arrival. He is professional, patient and caring with our 3 rather intense gun dogs, 1 of which is extremely anxious with vet visits. Pedro takes the time to calm and reassure them and clearly has a genuine love for animals. We have been very impressed by his approach and knowledge in general. He also thinks outside the box for more complex situations and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Pedro and his team were amazing last week. We took our 15 year old beloved Labrador for an urgent consultation, and despite the practice being busy (with at least one other emergency case), we were all treated with kindness and professionalism. Our Labrador had an emergency procedure whilst we waited in a private room. All costs and risks were carefully explained, with the reassurance that the finances could be sorted out at a later date. Our pet's well-being was the absolute priority. Then when we popped in after the weekend to organise payments, we had our lovely dog with us. Pedro and the nurses who had worked on him a few days before were all visibly and genuinely delighted to see him up and walking around. A huge fuss was made of him. Thank you Pedro and your team

Lovely reassuring trip to see the delightful Pedro at Medivet Forest Row today. My miniature Dachshund, Agnes, had a bad back and I feared the worst (my other dog has had 2 episodes of IVDD). Pedro prescribed anti inflammatory and pain relieving medication and a week later - she’s back to her old self. Well done to Pedro - and the girls at Forest Row. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Help me fill out paperwork for my claim and my pre-authorisation for treatment. They really cared about my dog and gave me frequent updates when she was being sedated.

The ladies on reception are always very helpful, really makes a difference. As regards the treatment , with an on going issue it's difficult to get to the bottom of the problem. But the Vets are trying through a process of elimination.

Chris Auckland is an incredible vet who looks at things from a truly holistic way using homeopathy alongside side conventional treatment which gives the animals the best possible care. Both my whippet & my cat feel calm & relaxed in his presence which says it all.
