Our horse had kissing spine and through the entire process of x-ray/surgery/rehab Priors farm have been excellent. Polite, friendly, personable and a wealth of knowledge. Florice has provided us with explanations throughout and she is an all round lovely person and fantastic vet! Thanks to all the team

Having kept horses for the last 17 years am no stranger to vets. Until I was recommended Ben I had an issue with a horse that we couldn’t get to the bottom of. Ben actually phoned me to discuss at length the problem prior to his visit, and again recently I needed to get her medication. Six o clock on a Friday evening I got a call from him, no rushed brief chat. He treated it like she was the most important horse in the country. Exceptional service . Ben and all of his team are amazing at what they do. And clearly love the job they do. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

I cannot fault all staff at priors We have had a tougher winter than normal Some youngsters a bit sick to a very special oldie that we have sadly lost 😞 Priors gave us support, advice and compassion They have gone above and beyond From the vets that attend to the staff on the end of the phone They are all amazing. People are quick to complain but not leave a good review! Priors all they way! Thank you!

I cannot fault the service I have received from Priors over the years. I was recommended by a friend on relocation back to the area two years ago and I have been so impressed. They keep you updated as to when they are arriving and are completely professional and fantastic with the horses. Mary and Ben have been great. Would 100% recommend.

I have been using Priors Farm Equine Vets since May 2016 and have found the care, attention to detail, pragmatism and kindness of Ben and all the staff second to none. From the office staff processing insurance claims and renewals immediately, the friendliness of the nursing staff, their kindness and support when things didn't work out as hoped, to the excellent work of the highly skilled vets, I really couldn't have hoped or asked for a more professional, excellent service. No one likes having to call the vet out but the whole team at Priors make the experience as painless as possible, from start to end. I really cannot praise this practice more highly, and I would (and have) recommend them to any one where the level of care and service they and their horses receive is of paramount importance to them.
