I ended up bringing my dog in to Our Veterina when my regular vet couldn't fit me in. Unfortunately during that visit we ended up having to put him to sleep and the way all of the staff at Our Veterina handled such a sensitive situation was outstanding I really can't praise them highly enough. This even extended to the follow up where they actually sent me a card, despite us not being registered with them. The way that everyone treated my dog, myself and my husband that day made a huge difference to us and I am so grateful to all the staff. Thank you

We moved our two cats to this practice after we felt the quality of our previous vet - a long established local practice - frankly went down hill and we couldn't be happier with Our Veterina. All the staff are lovely, the reception team are warm, welcoming and go out of their way to help you, the service is efficient, conscientious and compassionate. The owner and Veterinary Surgeon Dr. Lubos Kustra is experienced and very knowledgable and takes the time to explain every part of the treatment in detail. I also cannot speak highly enough of Kasia here either. Recently we had to take our 1 year old cat in for an emergency life threatening operation. The op was prioritised and done as soon as possible, the incision/staples and clipper work is neat and the after care is second to none. When we got him home his head and neck smelled of perfume.. we realised after this was because he had been cuddled so much by the nurse before and after the op..! So this is what I mean when I say we have all confidence in the both the quality of their veterinary surgery and the priority of care given to the mental health, wellbeing and reassurance of your pets while they are in surgery. Thank you Lubos, Kasia, Lottie and the rest of the team for giving our little boy another chance. It really means a lot to us the level of care and attention you gave him. Genuinely we have never had a more in depth consultation and de-brief than at any other vets. We never feel like another number rushed out the door here. But the main thing we feel about this practice is it is clear all the staff really care about the wellbeing of your pet. We always come away from this practice feeling like they give the same level of love and care that you give to your pet. Our Veterina will surely see a lot of customers mover over to them from some of the older local vets and quite rightly so. They deserve it. Keep up the good work folks! *Some people in the reviews have said they have had a bad experience with Sarah - I cannot say what happened in those situations but I must say that she couldn’t have been more helpful, kind and considerate to us. She did nothing but help and support during our insurance claim. Thank you.

Lubos & his team were lovely to my girl when she got sick. Amber eventually passed, Lubos & staff were so respectful & considerate of our feelings at the time. And treated our girl with dignity. Can’t thank Our Veterina enough.

My usually relaxed, large cat was a bundle of nerves on her first visit. The receptionists were friendly and put us at ease. The vet was so loving and patient with Foxy despite her hiding in every nook and cranny. She was vaccinated and had a thorough health check. I'm really happy I switched to Our Veterina.

We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the entire team at Our Veterina for always providing such wonderful care for our dogs. Teddy underwent surgery on Monday, and from the moment we arrived, everyone was incredibly warm, supportive, and reassuring. Leaving him in your care was not easy, especially given his age and heart condition, but I knew without a doubt that he couldn’t have been in better hands. You treated him as if he were your own, and that meant the world to us. Thanks to your skill and compassion, everything went smoothly, and Teddy is now back home recovering well—with a bag full of medication and even more love (we couldn’t help but smile at the hearts on the badge and the bag). We are deeply grateful for the work you do every day. It’s clear that you truly love what you do, and it shows in the care and kindness you give. Thank you all so much 🤍🐶🐾

We decided to take Dutch to ourveterina for a second opinion after visiting another practice that unfortunately couldn’t help. The professionalism and experience of the vet were immediately clear from the way she handled Dutch—with such care and confidence. She quickly identified what the issue might be and began treatment right away. After three days of terrible pain from acute pancreatitis, seeing him finally relax brought me so much relief. I’m beyond grateful to this team. If you want to ensure your pet is in competent, caring hands, this is the place to go. Thank you so much for everything you’ve done for Dutch.

Lubos and the team at Our Veterina are simply outstanding! We cannot recommend them enough. We’ve had an unfortunate journey since becoming new puppy owners on Tuesday. Little Rodney had managed to eat 2 socks before he joined us, which resulted in the need for multiple trips to Our Veterina - ultrasounds, bloods, jabs and eventually emergency surgery due to a serious blockage from one of the socks. We never imagined having to take him in before his 12 week jabs, let alone leave him there all day to have surgery but everything has been made easier by the team there. From the first phone call I made after he’d thrown up the first sock and was worried, to his post surgery check up this morning, every single member of staff we’ve encountered have been phenomenal. They are kind, caring and supportive - you can instantly tell they genuinely care about your pets, which is all we can ask for as owners. Rodney is on the mend, thankfully and we hope that all our next encounters with Our Veterina are planned and routine but we would no longer worry as much about Rodney, as we’d know he would be in the best of hands. If you’re looking for an independent vets, get registered at Our Veterina for outstanding, efficient service 💖 Thank you guys 🐶
